So if I do an all nighter or only get like 3-4 hours of sleep ill be pinging off the loving walls the next day
but if i get 11 hours, i cant stay awake.

set a timer to sleep for 6 to 8 hours, no more and no less.

It might depend on when you're waking up. Regardless of how early I go to sleep, the earlier I wake up, the more wide awake I am. If I get up at like, 1 in the afternoon, I'll be tired and groggy all day.
