Well I cant help until Monday because in 2 hours Im going on vacation.

I need to work on Placebo City..  school isn't helping.

This is all that it's going to be.  We will strictly be using this as a set and not to look fancy.  If you want to see what it would look/should look like, pictures are available.  Part 3 should be on it's way soon.
