what's with that anyway
"defiantly" instead of definitely is such a common mistake that it's ridiculous
whoops spell check

BLAAAME CANA DAAAAHHHH

A WIZARD DID IT

Blame him

Ask her again and when she refuses tell her your just going to have to kill real people for entertainment now.

Well, you are eleven. You shouldn't be playing those.
regardless, most games have killing so that narrows it down to games that probably:
A) get boring quickly
B) are stupid
C) too short
etc.

not to say only games that have killing are good enough...

Think of it this way.

Let's list every game that has no killing.

-Mario Kart
-Wii Party
-Wii Sports/Paradise
-Wii Fit/Plus
-I can't think of any others.

Feel free to add onto that list.

EDIT:

If your mother believes playing some games will turn you into a bloody serial killer, she's not very intelligent and I wouldn't listen to her. That's just me.

Hey guys. Sorry for the bump.
I was going to confront my mom 1 more time for now, even though I know I can't do anything to let her allow me play T and M rated games.
So, I'm thinking up some points. This is what I have.

-Games don't make you violent. You'd have to be messed up already to be affected

-I'm not going to attempt to do the things I see in video games.
-Video games are enternainment (She's replyed to this by saying "Oh, so killing people is entertaining?")

But yeah. That's what I have. If you guys can help out, I'd really appreciate it.

Tell her that your internet buddy asablief says that only weak ass minded children get affected by killing. By not letting you play games she is basically saying you have a weak ass mind.

Killing isn't the huge main point of the game, it's the story. Killing the evil/enemy is required to advance the story.

Okay, how would I put "Killing in games are to go with the story lines" into a point? Please, no profanity because I'm not going to make the situation any better by swearing at her.

Keep in mind that the people you are killing are evil and have done bad things and deserve to die.

-Killing enemies are part of the storyline.

That still sounds like "Killing is okay, it's just the game" and it's not going to help any. I need to tell her that, but it still sounds like a negative point. Either way, the game has killing.

What games are you trying to convince her to let you play? Open world games in which you can kill civilians or just normal FPS?

ames like CoD and also games like GTA. Basically not have any restrictions (except for games rated Adult)
I'm only 11, keep that in mind. These games don't affect me, in my opinion. A few hours of CoD4 or Quake 3 or just any violent game in general doesn't change my behaviour.

In COD you're killing terrorists who kill innocent women and children. That's justifiable in anyones mind.

GTA4 however, is a violent game in which you can go killing innocent women and children on a huge rampage so that will be difficult to justify, but it's mainly the way you play the game and your mom should trust you to not play it in a way that will affect your attitude. It's also possible to take the blood out of GTA4 if it helps.

Like I said before, games don't affect my attitude. In GTA I'd be doing missons and driving around and possibly getting in cop chases. I'm not going to go on massive rampages killing everyone in sight. It just feels like she doesn't trust me.
