Its considered rape if she is too stoned/drunk to say no by law.
i wouldn't do it.

edit: even if she says yes while stoned/drunk and she regrets it while sober its rape.

You consider high school a decent education?

I'm past the required credits necessary to graduate, I'm still in High School because my school offers free 'college level' classes such as English 101. Also, the farther he goes in school the better, smoking at thirteen will most likely lead to some sort of issue later down the road.

The main issue with smoking weed for a young person such as yourself, is the chance of being arrested.
If you get arrested then it'll go on your file in the public registry, when you try to get a job in the future your employers will look at this file and will notice that you've served time in jail for drug usage.

Your chances of ever getting a job will drop substantially, not because you did the drugs but simply because you went to jail at all, no matter the reason
