I had the top part of teh pixel for atleast a year now, i just started finnishing it last week.

Few days, with 2-3 hours working on it.

Did you make it by copying the exact pixels, or did you do it freehand?

Well, what i did it i opened the base image in Paint.net, zoomed in at 800%, and Started copying.

Needed to get the colors down, then it's mostly duplication with the duplicator.

But this was built pixel by pixel by myself, if thats what your asking by "freehand"

Nah, freehand would be looking at the picture and making it, but not copying pixel by pixel, so it would be different, dimensions and stuff.

I don't find pixel art good, unless you made the sprite yourself, then that's a different story.
