Author Topic: --- Ping?  (Read 1869 times)

Yesterday my internet went out for a sec after I knocked out the wire in my router/modem/whatever the forget it's called. Anyway, now, my ping is --- and no one can connect to my server.

I have no idea why. I have upnp enabled and it was working fine before the incident.

It reset the port forwarding on your router probably, or turned off uPnP or whatever.

upnp was and still is enabled. guess i'm going to have to port forward again or something though?

It is either UPnP or port fowarding, not both.

oh. what do i do then? D:

1. Port forward
2. ???
3. Profit

my computer can use upnp, which eliminates the purpose of port forwarding.

Try restarting your router "safely" using the web interface. If the power was cut to it, it may have had a few issues closing down correctly then re-launching the settings.

Portforwarding was never a issue, could host everytime.
When UpNp was released, it forgeted up my hosting.

i portforwarded again just incase.
