Imperial Guard aren't allowed to fraternize while in the Emperor's service, so I'm pretty sure the Sisters that are a million times more devout can't either.
I had a similar dream. I was playing blocklandTF2 and then I saw Rotondoa spy and I pulled out some lubeweapons and began to rubfire it on him.

Then when she stood up, one of the monks grabbed her, and requested she show her breasts, she said no, so in THE BIGGEST richard MOVE OF THE CENTURY, the monk spilled her mother's ashes on the ground (broke the vase), then she did a backflip and ran out of there. The middle of the dream is hazy. But, then some creatures (kinda like the monsters from the power rangers series)attacked everyone, so I try to sneak away, I was a few yards away from cover when I saw one of those bastards following me to my right. He screamed "LAW STAB!" and stabbed me with his left pointer finger. I fell unconsious and woke up.
Space marines have 19 organs implanted in them and their skeletons are made of ceramite.I don't think those modifications were made with their reproductive systems in mind.
Probably not, considering a few of those implants are hormonal regulation/creation organs, which probably suppress any "urges".

You realize that there are guardsmen posted on colony and hive worlds that are no doubt homes to trillions of females right?
Yeah well, compared to the rest of the Imperial Guard, female guardsmen seem to be pretty rare.
