Should posting in Off-Topic require a key?

No

Author Topic: Should Off-Topic be key only?  (Read 2382 times)

As far as I know, the two sides of the idea are here:

Yes: trolls and alts are harder to make, due to the fact that you'll have to spend $20 again if you wish to continue.

No: Off-Topic=not about Blockland, therefore shouldn't require a Blockland key.

I think yes.

This is mainly because these are the Blockland forums and should be used by people who own Blockland.

Yes. The pros far outweigh the cons.

I agree with Narko.

Yes, it's part of the Blockland Forums.

Off-topic doesn't mean this is a separate forum.

Dude/dudette who just voted no, supply reason.

Do you think if 'yes' succeeds Badspot will consider making Off-Topic key-only?

No, but who cares?

EDIT: By who cares, I mean, "Who cares if this isn't implemented, I like knowing people's opinions anyway."

Several threads exactly like this one have come and gone before, and almost all of them were nearly unanimously yes. I doubt he'll change his mind about it just because of this.

Ahem.

This isn't a "Don't care, don't post."

Will Badspot really implement this? Probably not, but who cares? I'm asking a question.

This is like the 5th-6th thread on this.
Out of the many YES votes it never changed into so. This wont happen.

What's his reason for keeping Off-Topic open to the public?

I remembered that a key was required for like a day some time ago.
