So every year my grandparents pay for my family to go on a one week-trip to Florida to visit them. This has been great in the past and I was happy with just doing that again this year. But this year they decided that we would go on a cruise ship and see the Fjords in Norway. They sent us (and themselves) on a plane in first class to London, where we spend four days seeing all that London has to offer. After that, we got on the cruise and sailed to Norway and back again, all over the course of two weeks.
I have never done anything like this in my entire life. I felt really out of place among much more wealthy families than mine, and it's still very surprising to me that I actually went somewhere that wasn't on the east coast of the United States of America. It was pretty sweet, especially Westminster Abbey, a place my brother has wanted to see for the longest period of time.
But now I'm home in Pennsylvania and can eat dinner without putting on a loving tux. Discuss.
