Radeon HD 5450

I have a Radeon HD 5450 graphics card.  Is it compatible to interchange with a Geforce graphics card?  I'd look it up but I'm really tired.

The short answer is yes. As long as the card you want came out after 2005 it should work. Make sure your upgrade uses pci-express (pci-e) and that your power supply meets the cards recommended wattage.
