you log into that router and find out what device is using the bandwidth.

That should be a crime. If it's youtube, they can't charge you without notifiying you.
How the forget would youtube charge someone?
They don't reccord any kind of bank information.
OP's ISP is one of the stufftier (usually rural) that charge based on how much data you use, rather than flat rate.

whats your modem brand? or if you are using a router as well, what is it?

GCI...
Wow, I just realized since you use GCI that you live in Alaska as well. I'm using GCI too and their services are pretty stuffty, my data cap went from 15 Gigs to 60 Gigs without the company notifying us. You should ask your parents to look into it because they don't always tell us what they do. I don't exactly have the same plan as you but you should give out what your data plan states.

(Windows Key) + R
cmd
ipconfig

Use the address across from "Connection-Specific DNS Suffix"

yeah im trying to look it up, it depends on the manufacturer of the cisco device as well.
might have to try a diff address to login

i would not take the blame for the net use in your house dude lol.
some youtubing CANT possibly be that bad. i mean what does that isp charge for use?

GCI charges for a data cap that should range from anywhere to 10-60 Gigs, they don't do unlimited data caps anymore. I know because I'm using the same ISP.

Nothings working..

Also, does

Xbox, Netflix, or other mobile devices?

If it uses internet, it's probably going to be charged for. Any data transfer would probably be charged.

so if your family is watching 10 netflix movies a night/playing cawwa doody all day that might be a factor
