what's the total cost to build one of these? if government subsidized housing ever became a thing, this design could allow for compact, livable conditions

though i guess there is the problem of stacking them on top of each other. could an inverted design be made?

I could probably live in that just fine.

the slanted floor could be replaced with stairs, and the bedroom and stuff could be at the bottom, essentially reversing the room order

if you look closely, you can see a desk in the bedroom.
