Download the map onto your computer then extract it into your blockland folder using an extractor program like winrar.  Or extract it onto your desktop (using an extractor program) and manually insert each file int the designated folder in the blockland folder.

Yes...usually...sometimes people don't place them in folders in the zip/rar file, and you'll have to do it manually.  Just get used to where things go in the blockland folder and you should be alright.
