   A Blocklander named Flaming_Fire came to my ship building server.
As he was looking around my ship, he asked if he could make a random minigame.

"can i make a minigame?"

I said, "This is not a DM, TDM, or CTF of any sort." The title of the server was "Ship Build"

He got mad and started spamming and begging.

After I kicked him for spamming, he got on IRC and started to spam with random letters. And negative threats.

People get really pissed if they don't get their way.

Aguy named Omega_Sensei12 was in my server, and kept spamming, "Why aren't there rockets and grenades I want explosives"

I had explosives before, but I had to remove them because this guy kept teamkilling with them.
I replied, "No, you've had a bad track record with explosives." He continues to gripe about the lack of explosive weaponry, and finally says, "THIS SRVR USED TO BE FUN NOW IT ISN'T ANYMORE"
I banned him for 3 hours, for "General bitching and complaining"

I would have banned him just for being a friend like an hour before you did. But that's only because i hate him.

yeah i hate when people do that they make a drama with no sign of proof or anything that just shows that it dident happen.
