i got banned from IRC

The chat isn't for advertising of servers. When RTB4 comes, we have a chat area specifically for that talk. Until then, do not use it for advertising in all caps and such.

We have separate main discussion rooms, and although there is one for advertising your server, I still expect morons yelling into General Discussion. Having one room dedicated to people advertising their servers doesn't really work out in this community, but we'll see when there's enough morons with RTB4 to test such a theory. In any case, that area existing would be justification enough to ban people for even mentioning their servers in such a context.
