Valhalla Tower's problem!

Ok i want to make a Halo 3 TDM so i get Valhalla then i get the towers. When i download it it ends up as a bls.txt file and when i put it in Valhalla sves folder it doesn't show up in the game! Can someone tell me what is wrong or what i can do?

Open the text folder, go to saveas, under where you put the file name there should be a drop down box. Switch that to All Files. Then make sure to delete the .txt part of the file name and keep the .blb part there.

I didnt find All Files.
