kevlar is better. it protects against small arms and knives can't go through it (except in black ops).

Screw kevlar, qanofiber is the best protective material credits can buy. It's completely fireproof, can dissipate most lasers without reflecting them (you know how dangerous that could be), can absorb the impact of all conventional firearm cartridges with no bruising or other damage to the skin, and has even proven to be able to protect the covered body parts from a direct hit from a 105mm shell.
