Ive never been in a fight before...
Unless that time where I beat the kids face with a coke counts.
Then you probably should avoid it then. Me never having been in a fight before is the exact reason I avoid it.

I'm a black belt in Soo Bahk Do, I can incapacitate someone before they have the chance to swing the first punch, I just choose to avoid conflict because I'm not a violent person, unlike almost everyone else here, it seems. Violence in school is stupid and pointless and it can always be avoided by simply walking away from the fight before it starts. I've broken up three fights in high school, by myself, and each time I did, I almost got dragged into the conflict myself, but I didn't, because I kept calm and collected and resolved the issue without inflicting injury. Anyone who thinks violence is the answer to any school transgressions seriously needs to reconsider.
If I can avoid a fight I will.

But I have some anger issues.

Just use personality mirroring. Works like a charm.

Well I know that I wont be getting in a fight with anyone through highschool.
I dont mess with people unless I have a reason, so I should be fine.
Im still pissed about having to take a 2 periods of Algebra.
loving hate my mom.

I tend to do that but I try not to. I don't like going around agreeing with stuff I actually disagree with on a powerful level.

Ignore everyone else's advice for now, and listen to mine.  Your first priority should be getting acquainted with the school.  Go to all your classes, find your way around the place, get your schedule memorized, etc.  If you do that, you'll do fine.  Social interaction comes next.  After you've gotten comfortable, try to make some friends.  There are two important things to remember here:  1.  Be yourself.  2.  Don't try to make friends at lunch.  Why the second one?  Here's why:  At lunch, people prefer to eat with people they already know.  If you, the new kid, come up to a table and just sit down, there's a good chance everyone at that table is going to get up and leave.  Wait until you've made some friends, then sit with them.  Also, it's helpful to have some sort of interesting (but not annoying/irritating) quirk or physical feature.  For example, people practically worship me because of my glorious sideburns (if you don't have sideburns already, don't try to grow them, as you might hurt yourself), and they all think I'm cool because I'm a furry (which was the last reaction I expected, but I don't have a problem with it).  If you don't possess an interesting quirk or feature, then you are the only person in the world who doesn't.  Don't try to imitate quirky behavior, though, as that's always obvious, and gets very annoying very quickly.  Just be yourself.  I can't possibly emphasize that enough. BE YOURSELF GOD FLAPJACKS DAMNIT!

Okay, now did anyone else give you similar advice?  Good.  Take their advice as well.

Dear Op,
Be the gay guy
Bitches love the gay guy

And don't be a god damn social climber.
