I take on eye for an eye stance on capital punishment. If you've killed someone, your life is just as valuable as theirs. For rape, and theft, and that sort of stuff, certainly not. But if you've murdered a person, you deserve to die.

They deserve being locked up forever. It's pointless to rehabilitate them, as stated, because there are many MANY examples of people getting out and doing it again.

As I stated, If you murder someone, your life is no more valuable then theirs.

Gun Laws:

For one I'm very liberal and very peaceful. I believe that citizens have the right to own firearms, but not fully automatic firearms. I do believe capital punishment should be practiced, yes.

The reason I do not feel that automatic weapons should be sold to the public is, to quote the internet: "omg so chep u nub too ovrpwrd"

There is no need for civilians to have automatic weapons. There should be places you can go to rent them, they should be computer chipped, so should the bullets, and then you can go fire them in safe places, but otherwise, I don't want my crazy ass neighbors firing automatic weapons in to my windows. :C

honestly, i really think that there should be automatic weapons available to certified public. sure they are used to commit crimes but think, no one uses a registered automatic weapon to commit crimes. anyway, when the zombie apocalypse comes i rather have an automatic rifle with a switch rather than a rifle with a 4 bullet clip.
