Just as a man's instincts tell them to rebel without reason, you may play into the thoughts that they must assimilate without it either; The key is simply to make one more appealing than the other. And protection from a lion's den is one that appeals to most fairly quick. And should it not...Well, I suppose that is what the lion's den is for.

Sidenote: The only issue I have with the "only if it is a rape" suggestion is that I wouldn't put it past certain folks to lie about it, as horrible that may be, just to receive the abortion. Should rape be the case of pregnancy, prevention measures should be taken immediately and accompanied by a police report.

The only time I would ever allow abortion is if it was rape and the victim couldn't possibly survive the delivery of a live baby, but I would do everything in my power to keep them both alive.

First of all: It's not even a baby yet nor is it sentient. If you get sad about abortion then you must bawl your loving eyes out at a salad being eaten because the same ammount of life is being lost.
Secondly, how moronic do you have to be to even think that the reason people abort babies is for money? Maybe it's because, oh i don't know, they were loving raped and unwillingly impregnated? At no age should anyone have to support a child they did not want because they were victim to a crime.

Take into consideration that they don't want the baby thus they would probably make bad parents. Still, I think adoption is a good idea rather than having an abortion.
