My steam account was hijacked on July 29th, 2011. I was out watching a movie, and when I came back, it was hijacked. I have never touched one of those scams, so it must've been a keylogger. I also blame myself for not setting to guard mode, but if I ever get my account back, I will. This person has de-friended all of my friends, got me out of all of my groups, and added new friends and joined new groups, as you can see here: http://steamcommunity.com/id/SKULLLLLLL The CD key that I sent was from the Humble Indie Bundle, and I bought a ton for my friends, so I might have messed up, so tell me, please. Thank you, Steam Support!

Maybe you sent messages that didn't have enough info, you can't just say "My account was hijacked" and you magically get it back. You have to give a bit of detail.

I did, they asked for my account name, PayPal ID, etc.
I gave them the information they asked for in the reply message.

Then that last quarter of them will read this and care. I don't know him but my friend lost his Steam account once, it was terrible, so I feel bad for him.

I think that steam is working on it, cause the profile is private and his friends are gone.
