The "offical lexicon" (which there is no one single source, closest thing you have is a dictonary, which no one would bother to check) would not include many words we use here, nor would it include names of people we all know for the most part.

Other than that, it's really not important.

Point is, all words were fabricated at some point or evolved from older words.
For example, "DrenDran" is a proper noun. People can (and have) taken my name (or tryed to) as much as the person in OP happened to have your name.
