It's kind of like it.

If you learn C++ and get familiar with it, Torque becomes easier to write.

And thanks for the answers. I guess I can spend my money on a gold-encrusted chocolate bar
That's with any language.

Way to be ignorant.

Torquescript = C++
Way to be stupid.

a scripting engine =/= a different code. its (c++)+that engine's stuff.

They use almost the same syntax as well.
Torquescript = C++

Either it's the same or it's not. Make up your mind

Yes I am going to want to learn HTML and support my own web domain

I want to make a website dedicated to people making their own image/text adventures for others to participate in!

But then again I want to do too many things :(
I wanted to make a Fruit Soda business, It tasted good and was cheap, No one wanted it though.
Edit: I'm drinking a sample of one of the recipies right now.

Yeah, see? I suck at coding right now. But maybe I could brush up on some books and practice a little bit ingame :D

well it dosnt always HAVE to be c++
but thats what you will be seeing most all (and mostly game) engines using

When I posted that, my point was that if you knew enough in one, it would be relatively simple to write the other. If you took a C++ class, you wouldn't be completely brain-dead on how to write TS.

Guys.
It's C# based, not C++ based.
I know both languages, and Torquescript.
I also read about it.

Proof:
script.cs
.cs
cs
C Sharp

That goes for just about everything.  If you know how to eat an apple, it's easier to eat a peach.

It is an extraordinarily useful programming engine.

That goes for just about everything.  If you know how to eat an apple, it's easier to eat a peach.

Your point?

Your point?
My point is stop trying to correct me if you are wrong.

you pretty much just agreed with me.

Torquescript and C++ are pretty damn close to each other. Are you wrong too?

..
I was making a different point.
