How do you "Animate" your avatar?

I used animation shop 3 to animate a picture and it seems it did not work.

I also used a transparent background in the animation.

It needs to be 75x75.

use Pivot.....
it starts with stick figures but just delete the stick figure and get the pics you want, press Add a Sprite.... and locate your pictures
