In oblivion my emeralds are black, no one else has that. In Fallout 3 I left the anchorage memorial only to have parts of my character missing and I was unable to use weapons, I had to load a previous save. I crashed 4 times yesterday in New Vegas and I've had a few items randomly missing, even MISC items. I climb over furniture in new vegas. I had random character dialogue loops in Oblivion.  I had a dialogue loop with ranger ghost in New Vegas. I had stuffloads of dialogue loops with loving Moira Brown. I've had liberty prime fly through the air in Fallout 3. In New Vegas I keep seeing creatures become stuck in rocks. Oh and have you ever been to vault 34 to have a loving glowing one get stuck in the floor? You can't shoot him but he will continually keep attacking you with his radioactive explosion attack.
