You can't do it all for under 600 dollars. Increase your price range or get a console because a console is incredibly much cheaper and you can still run games like GTA 4 with out a problem.

It absolutely can, this is the rig I run and I can run Farcry 2 at max settings.

The thing about a PC is that you need to dish out thousands of dollars just to play games you can easily play on a ps3 or xbox with out a problem and consoles only costs about 300 dollars.
