Time travel is possible.
Lets say the Earth orbits the sun at a speed of 30 mph. It takes 90 miles around the sun for a complete orbit, and a full year. Lets say your on Mars, and its full orbit is after 120 miles around the sun, in orbit. It goes at 20 mph. Now your friend is on Earth, and you were born in the same year. After three hours, its a new year on Earth, but on Mars, it has yet to go around the sun yet. You are a time traveler in the future.

No. The way humanity divides time has nothing to do with time travel. Your post is bullstuff.
Time travel is possible though.
Imagine you have 100% energy.
When you do nothing and stand still relative to the earth then about 100% of that goes to making time go forward.
If you move at like 50m/h 99.999% goes to making time go forward and 0.001% to making you go forward.
When you go faster, time goes slower because it has less "energy" left.
Scientifically proven. Light speed is 100% to movement and 0% to time.
This is why you can't go faster then the speed of light because you'd have a negative time number.
