Programs not displaying onscreen

I activate taskmanager and it shows up on the taskbar but not onscreen.
the same goes for everything except for firefox.
It just started happening an hour or so ago and only affected task manager.
now it happens with gamebooster and file folders.

THIS IS ANNOYING AS HELL AND I MIGHT HAVE A VIRUS ON MY HANDS

Alt+cntrl+Delete end in processes explorer.exe then go to file and run explorer.exe.

Both of the above are what should work.
Most people don't realize that a restart will get rid of most problems lol.

Reboot would be the basic thing to do. It works as magic man. =) you can pres ctrl alt del and theres an option there taht saya restart.

now this only affects winrar, bit/utorrent, and task manager.

i still need winrar.
and i've restarted several times

If it helps, I installed a new gpu and ram a while ago but the drivers and whatnot are already installed.
I also got a new mouse.
