I don't think having witnesses is enough proof. There's no proof that they are speaking the truth either.
Fungusamongus has always been an idiot in my opinion, but I highly doubt he's a hacker.

Your witnesses are useless because Fungusamongus did not hack you.

A list of problems that make it impossible for him to have hacked you:

Problem #1
You cannot hack someone's key via blockland unless you signed up for an illegitimate hosting service that you set your key to, or the person got into your email. None of which can be easily done.

Problem #2

he only took my key temporarily. i restarted and it was back.

If he ever had your key, it's gone permanently. This statement is contradictory.

Problem #3

he made it look like he stole a key....... he  made blockland go into offline mode and quit me out of irc. after he stalked my irc chats.

Your internet went down or was disconnected which caused your blockland to go into offline mode and you to lose connection to the IRC client.

Also, what's this about him stalking your IRC chats? Just because you were talking to him doesn't mean it's directly related to your disconnection.

no you weren't.

When you disconnect from blockland's connection it stays in offline mode until it restarts.

Assuming you were talking RIGHT around this time: It's fair enough to say that you were typing messages and they appeared to be sent, but the recipient only received them upon you reconnecting to the internet.

So yeah, this is a misunderstanding in the first degree. You are sentenced to 2 and a half minutes of a sincere makeup hug.

He didn't hack your key, he trolls from time to time, but he isn't stupid enough to get his key revoked
