I dont wear them because they are uncomfortable. I think that government shouldnt tell us what we can and cant do in regards to safety

Its just uncomfortable because your a young boy, don't worry, you'll find out safety is priority, not comfortableness.

Besides, most cares are made in japan and germany. They dont care if you drive with/without a seatbelt.
