I've been thinking about this lately, would you could only save one would you rather it be your vision or your hearing?

I personally would rather save my vision because I use my vision for almost every single part of my day and don't see how I could survive

I can't imagine losing either. The shock of it would drive me insane.
I love hearing and seeing things! :(

I guess I could lose hearing, but then I wouldn't be able to use my mic for game or even be able to play most of the sound-based ones
and losing my sight wouldn't help me at all since I wouldn't be able to see my games
this is a truely hard question to answer

That's a very difficult choice, but I would keep my vision.

I would keep my vision. It's basically our primary sense. A huge majority of sensory input comes directly from the eyes.

like research

Well, I'd lose my hearing, being blind isn't really great, you'd miss out on a lot more.
But some people have figured out how to get around blindness the same way as bats get around caves, with sonar, and they end up being even more aware than people who aren't blind, and get 360 'vision'.
So If i could be blind and somehow manage to learn that, that would be deal.

I'd go deaf, research isnt that bad without sound.

It seems that a lot of the people I know would rather lose their vision cause they like music or whatever but if I were to blind I honestly think I would kill myself

I would rather loose my vision. I would go mentally insane not being able to hear anything or hear people talk.

At first you could pass of being deaf as a joke, repeatedly saying "what" and "I can't hear you"
after a while it just seems like a sad attempt to get attention

heyyy :o

If you were blind I don't think you could actually manage to get on a research site. For all you know you might not even be at your computer. You could be poking some random stuff thinking you typing.

Computers can be set up for use by blind people. It's not easy but youd get used to it
