"HEY EVERYONE, I SAY IT'S A BAD GAME.  THEREFOR, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ENJOY IT!"

Sarcasm, bro

They're in every game.

But this is a hilarious example of them.

It's mostly their fanbase really. If it wasn't for their over rated games they wouldn't nearly sell as well or get high reviews. I mostly blame game review companies as they only give out scores higher than what the game truly deserves. CoD is a generic recycled shooter that is linear and has a poor story and it gets 9-10 scores. If that was any other game it would get a below average score.

If it wasn't for Duke Nukem Forever's 15+ year long development cycle it would have probably deserved a better score.

This. It's not a bad game, it was just a disappointment after all these years.

The campaigns of MW1 and MW2 seemed pretty different. You can't change it much without staying true to the type of game. Also, just because it's similar to a previous doesn't mean it has to be boring.

I honestly think most CoD hate is bandwagoning.

The online multiplayer is what drives the series. CoD would not sell nearly as well if it was SP only.
I'd buy it anyway. Single Player was great.

Single player is not even worth 10 dollars of gameplay. If you think that is great a game series like God of War will blow you away.

Implying it sucks because the same reviewers who gave CoD a 9/10 score said so.

I think it sucked. Gearbox loving blew it. At least the single player.

What you just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.

Well there is going to be a singleplayer content pack soon. Let's hope that increases the gameplay experience. I hope it will do as well as Atomic Edition.

I think if the single player was more open like Bioshock or Duke Nukem 3D then the game would have done better. That's what they should have done anyways, make it more open.

Didn't the PS3 have two campaigns, plus split-screen missions?

Didn't Uncharted: Drake's Fortune go from being a game to a movie?

There is no movie..... yet.

I think he's trying to be witty about interactive cutscenes or something.

Oh. Must've thought of something else.

No, I'm really not.

He should of used Heavy Rain as an example then.

unless they patch in a way to carry more than 2 weapons, cut the regen health, and remove highlighting objects, duke nukem forever will never be a good game
at this point, i'd settle for an hd remake of dn3d
