Need help reskinning my Rainmeter

 I want to know what different extensions/add-ons I can put on my desktop to make it look nice. I've seen a lot of this stuff in the "Post your desktop" Thread and I wanted to know what Everything was called.

The title used to be " To what extent can your desktop be customized", But now its different. I need help reskinning my rainmeter and other stuff. All the info is on the 3rd page.

Edit: I also want to know how to know if there is something better than rain-meter and/or how to re-skin it.
Aswell as find out how to put my weather on there instead of the default country.

Open with Rainstaller then check restart with skin or whatever.
