I just put my mind to doing something else and that tends to keep me awake most of the night.
Usually atleast until it's getting light outside.

This ranges from simply browsing the internet all night, to playing videogames and then there's reading.

I can easily get carried away with reading and read through the night.
It's enjoyable, but it's a bitch to try and get to sleep as the room slowly gets brighter and brighter.

And a fizzy drink can help too.

I get to like 3 am then I crash on the floor/couch.

You do it slowly each day. I now go to bed most nights at 12-2 AM and fall asleep at 3-4 AM. I then wake up at 1 PM.

Truth be told, I don't head to bed until around Midnight, then I don't fall asleep until about 4-5am.
Then I don't wake up till about 1-3pm.
