Server Hosting

Alright,  so I was working on a TDM yesterday on my dedicated server and like 3 of friends were able to join.  I save it go to sleep, wake up this morning and now I can't even connect. When I go to join it simply states the IP adress at the top and doesnt do anything.  Shows --- Ping.  I also cannot host Non-Dedicated servers either. Help?

Update,  Now i can't join any servers with --- Ping.  Do I need to dis-able UPnP?

You probely overheated your router.

Um? That makes no sense what so ever.  I can join servers with normal ping just not servers running with --- ping.  Other players can however join these servers.

new problem:
now when i try to join my own dedicated server in console it says

Warning: handle simple ping respone() - address does not match
 Expected IP : 83.181.3.51.28000, got IP 174.31.101.168.28000

if he fried is router, he wouldn't have internet
