I cannot figure out why my router will not let me port forward. I posted this issue twice before:

I try port forwarding for either Blockland or Minecraft and neither one works. I do the same thing I've always done for all other time I've port forwarded. I used the same ports for when I was in SD with my dad for a few weeks, and I could still port forward it is some issue with my router. I port forward for both TCP and UDP. I've tried everything that I found on Google and nothing works.
I've tried using a static IP, that didn't work. I have Blockland ports unblocked for my firewall and my router's firewall is disabled.
Can someone help me please, this is making me mad.
