I started working on this about half a week ago, so I hope that I am allowed to do this.

Brickcount: 2280 bricks.

I guess that's pretty much it, feel free to rate x/10.

I'm going to have to say no.
The street is very bland, and the exterior is just a bunch of windows. The street lanterns look odd but original.
The interior is very good though, and so are the trees.

Picking off where TAG did; the interior is also pretty bland. Certain elements like the stairs look out of place. The combination of plates and printplates and brick throws me off. It's a good layout but an odd build.

I'm going to have to say no as well.

I like it... I would say 9/10
If I was the leader/Voter I would say yes.

The street lanterns look odd

They weren't really supposed to be streetlights, I forgot to change them.

waaa
you build so much better in game.. this particular building is not so hot, but in other buildings I've seen by you are much nicer

It looks, uhh, is the word I'm looking for "chic?"

Thanks, I usually never spend time on anything

You're getting better, that's for sure. But I'm going to have to say no, because your structures are still lacking in detail, color, and decent windowing. As far as structure and the basic idea of your building, you're doing good.

Don't be discouraged! Keep on building!

To be honest I wouldn't call this getting better, more than (perhaps) during the applications of mine.

As an example:

Still, it would take months to fully build that, so I decided to make something smaller wich not turned out as well as it seems.

Construction actually isn't as hard as you make it seem. I think you're way to busy deciding how much effort you're going to put into the design of the building then what your building is going to turn out as. aka a lack of structure and realistic properties.

What you need to work on is the overall balance of your skills and assets as far as building goes.

Honestly, no.
I often just start building out of nowhere.

Nvm, parts of what you said might fit.

Gee, you sure do like plates.

I'm giving you advise when you're obviously not going the right direction as far as building. I don't think that really helps you chances of getting in. Take some advise.
