slendermen everywhere
Notch described the Endermen as a "mob". Does that mean they do not attack, but just greif?
If so, forget. Singleplayer is not safe against greifing anymore :c
Pigs, cows, zombies, skeletons, spiders, etc. are all considered "mobs."
You late, son.
Mob is short for Mobile.
All creatures in the game, which aren't the player character are classed as mobs.
The correct way to seperate them is Passive, Hostile and Neutral mobs.
Hostile are obviously creepers and monsters that attack.
Neutral are things like Sheep, cows, squids...
Passive are creatures that do not attack you unless you attack them, so wild wolves and zombie pigmen.
technicaly the world doesnt go on forever... its just bigger then the earth..
That is true, but for every use you could use the map for, it is potentially infinite.
You're not exactly going to turn the entire stable and explorable world into a giant city, so, as far as usability is concerned, what you're given is almost infinite in comparison to what you need.
And it is designed to be infinite, I believe, but after a while, the program itself can't generate all that much and it bugs itself up as it starts trying to do more.
