He probably used bot some events on the creeper like On bot touched -Bot- spawn explosion- tank shell.   or something like that.

What? Do you mean wolves and chickens? Or did you use the duck and dog playertypes? Although, one may be easily able to change the colours of the duck to make it look like a chicken, and the dog is kinda wolfy.
