Ignore my help post.
I reinstalled ubuntu but this time on the live CD instead of the stuffty wubi.
It runs better then wubi also. All problems has been solved.

I also have a countdown for when oneiric ocelot is released if you wanna add it to the OP.

I'm definitely upgrading to oneiric ocelot once it's released.

They're replacing gnome with gnome 3.  Which is sad, it seems like a lot of window managers are feeling like they're made for tablets now.

Edit: Just stick to 10.04 or another distro.

I have a new ubuntu problem.

When i fixed the ugly text only boot screen because of my nvidia driver my nvidia driver stopped working.

What is happening?
