How do you add a avatar

So um how to you add a Avatar I'm sorta having trouble. so what I mean by avatar is the picture you have for this forum so people can reconize you easier so badspot if your out there can you maby help me please?

1. Click on the profile button.
2. Click on Forum Profile Information on the right side of the screen.
3. Fill in the little bubble saying I will upload my own picture.
4. Click the choose file button.
5. Find the picture on your computer, and open it.
