Or maybe because we got attacked by terrorists? I can understand going there initially but there is no real need to have a strong presence over there anymore. Plus Obama promised he would be an anti-war guy and pull the troops out, yet gets involved in sovereign nations with civil disputes like Libya when it is not needed.
