Not me.Which means you told a cop something was stolen. In other words, reporting a theft.
With your logic, by telling my little sister to give me 5 bucks for a broken item, I sued her.

It may not have been a court of law, but justice will still be served  :cookieMonster:

why are you making a big deal out of everything in this topic?

I remember reading the last topic.

Owned by the police.

That's an amazing story. I feel like I'll end up telling that to my friends. "So my friend was skating and this crazy lady..."

Yeah. Good ending, glad she was arrested.

This is forgetin hilarious, a hobby is not a bad influence, she's a crazy bitch.

This pisses me off, someone thinks they're an authority because of their age so they believe they're a hero and have to right to take your items. In schools I don't think they have the right to keep your items anyway, if it was bought by your parents.

she was then arrested, she was taken to jail but she was punished with community work and is getting out very soon (2 days or so, it was civil disobedience)

It's not like she's gone forever.

I don't make deals, I solve issues.

You should add *Resolved* in the title so people don't keep making posts about how to solve the incident

you were being a total bitch, lol

You could have been a man and could have ripped YOUR skateboard from her hands and told her to forget off and kill herself
He could have also been charged with aggravated assault.

He could have also been charged with aggravated assault.

I'm pretty sure you have the right to take back your property by force. As long as it's not excessive.
