My father got back from vacation and got a memo about this. In short, you only have to be on a 10^th grade reading level, and everyone who was rejected who is black or Hispanic during the 2000's will receive $14,000. Newark has to promote 14 blacks and Hispanics, Elizabeth (my father's department) has to promote 3 blacks and 3 Hispanics, the highest scoring white man will be hired 7^th. This is handicapped and more discriminatory
