Well this morning my laptop said there was a windows update, So I updated before I started doing anything else..
Then when it restarts, it bluescreened after trying to load windows for over.. 10 minutes..
I tried to restore it, Same thing..

Reinstall Windows?

Report the incident to your parents and then break it even more severely on "accident" and they (should) get you a new one.

Call Microsoft. Their update, they should do something for you since they confirmed it was fine and authorized distribution.

As a work around you can install Ubuntu to a flash drive and explore your files from there.

Anyway, you should try to boot into DOS and back up all your files, then get a new HDD.
