I know what its like to be in the shoes of the little brother.

This is how it works.

Ok, he doesn't do his work, beat the stuff out of him (Not that much, like maybe spanking him or twisting his arm). Later on he will do the work, he is going to say like "MOM HE HIT ME!!!" when they get home, but here is the thing. Sit down and him and say "Hey wanna play some COD?"
You play CoD with him and he forgets the WHOLE thing. Trust me this works.
