Author Topic: Landmine V3 - Revamped!  (Read 11750 times)

Ok, found another (do believe its a actual bug this time. One, it doesn't work on bots, and two, after mounting a bot, I'm invincible to the mines.

Also, I don't really see a point to the limb removing, it kills the player in one hit.
I occasionally live.

Also, it is notorious for not working with bots, I can't get it to work for some reason.

Think the damage should be reduced still, I can't see missing limbs on my dead body anywho.

Thats odd, any idea why it would disable the player not being damaged by it also?

I'll look into these bugs soon.

Edit: I think the reason it doesn't go off for bots is due to an error in my minigame check. Let me fix and test

For some reason, I was thinking of this last night. Who knows, I might be psychic.

Also, the model tends to get me stuck inside it a lot. This might not be much of a problem anyways, since most times it will bow people up.

But I do like it overall, much better then the old one.

Collision mesh is a cone, Darkstar's idea, but it works well enough.

Also, going to make it reset all mines when minigame is reset, so there are no random mines floating around.

YOu should make it so they explode when you shoot them like 3 or 4 times

SMALL UPDATES:
-Made it work with bots (kills the one that touches it)
-Clears thrown Landmines upon minigame reset
-Clears thrown Landmines upon minigame end
-Less Damage

I am very curious and i will sure use it the next time i start up my server. Loved the old one, gonna love the new one.

Since when have you become active again?

It would be cool if it took off whatever limb touched it first. And maybe some type of damage randomization for players? Like between 99 and what it is now?
