The reason this is failing is because the people bumping and going "OMG GET ON GUYS :))" dont even go on cam, so everyone who joins just leaves.

Colten's right. People keep bumping it because they just joined and no one's there, and think bumping this will have things start up. No, you need to be more organized about this. People have to want to be there and sit around, not join and see it's full of 9 year olds and leave.
