Art Deco Building

Here is some information of the progress of my current project. My goal is to make an art deco style building (Hopefully it comes across as such). This building has a total of 16 floors. The view deck can be accessed from floor twelve. I still have to furnish the floors, paint and add more outside detail be the structure itself is pretty much done. Each floor contains an elevator shaft which will be evented later for transportation.

Not all skyscrapers have stuff thats unique to every floor.

It's good, but I honestly can't stand large skyscrapers in Blockland, mostly because they are just thousands of duplicated bricks.

it's very unfitting because it just looks like a giant pillar; it has no windows, and looks like a giant block, unlike the rest of the building

you probably can't stand skyscrapers in general then, because even in real life, they look "duped" as well

My point was that I didn't think that they are really worth the time making if you just duplicate the second floor 50 times over.

Just because you dupe the second floor 50 times over, does not mean it's bad. The way something is made does not affect the design and concept of something, which is actually what you should be looking at.

This.  If it had an interior then it would be worth praise.

This building looks like a structure, and nothing more. What I suggest is adding color while you're building it to make sure what you're building is capable of taking in good coloring.

altogether, it's pretty bland.
